Welcome to ZUBYR Parfums. By accessing or using our website, services, or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.





1. Acceptance of Terms



By visiting our website, purchasing any product, booking a workshop, or interacting with ZUBYR Parfums, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Return & Refund Policy.


If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.





2. Eligibility



To make a purchase or booking:


  • You must be at least 18 years old, or
  • Have permission from a parent/guardian for purchases made on your behalf






3. Products & Services



ZUBYR Parfums offers:


  • Ready-made perfumes
  • Premium niche fragrances
  • Personalized/custom-blended fragrances
  • Perfume workshops
  • Gift sets and accessories



We reserve the right to:


  • Modify, discontinue, or update products at any time
  • Adjust prices with or without prior notice
  • Limit quantities for specific items or promotions






4. Pricing & Payments



All prices listed are in SGD unless stated otherwise.


By completing a purchase, you agree that:


  • You have provided accurate billing information
  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method
  • Payments are final except as outlined in our Refund Policy



We reserve the right to refuse any order suspected of fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.





5. Workshop Bookings



By booking a workshop:


  • You acknowledge that all bookings are non-refundable
  • Rescheduling is allowed once with 24 hours’ notice
  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session
  • No-shows will forfeit their booking without refund



ZUBYR Parfums may postpone or cancel sessions due to emergencies, in which case customers are entitled to a reschedule or refund.





6. Personalised Fragrances



Custom-blended perfumes are:


  • Unique to each customer
  • Not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds
  • Final once created and bottled



ZUBYR Parfums retains the right to use unnamed scent formulas for future creative or research purposes, while ensuring customer privacy.





7. Accuracy of Information



While we strive to ensure all descriptions, photos, and ingredient details are accurate, occasional errors may occur. ZUBYR Parfums does not guarantee:


  • Colour accuracy due to screen differences
  • Exact duplication of third-party fragrance inspirations
  • Availability of all scents at all times



We reserve the right to correct errors without prior notice.





8. Shipping & Delivery



By placing an order, you agree that:


  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • ZUBYR Parfums is not responsible for courier delays
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer may result in failed delivery
  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the courier marks the parcel as delivered






9. Prohibited Activities



You agree NOT to:


  • Resell our products without permission
  • Use our website for illegal activities
  • Copy, reproduce, or duplicate our content, branding, or product formulas
  • Abuse staff verbally or physically in-store or online



Violations may result in order cancellation or refusal of service.





10. Intellectual Property



All trademarks, logos, product names, images, designs, and content on the ZUBYR Parfums website, social media, and packaging are the exclusive property of ZUBYR Parfums Pte Ltd.


You may not use, copy, or modify any of our intellectual property without written consent.





11. Limitation of Liability



ZUBYR Parfums is not liable for:


  • Allergic reactions to ingredients
  • Damages arising from misuse of our products
  • Losses caused by third-party delivery services
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages



Customers are responsible for checking ingredients before use.





12. Changes to Terms



We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
