ZUBYR PARFUMS — SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with ZUBYR Parfums. Please read our shipping guidelines below to understand how we process, pack, and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

We take pride in preparing every perfume carefully.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days
  • Custom or personalised fragrance orders may take 2–4 working days
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

You will receive a confirmation email/DM once your order is processed.

2. Delivery Methods (Singapore)

We offer the following delivery options:

Standard Courier Delivery

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 working days
  • Tracking available
  • Rate: $4.90

Express Same-Day Delivery (Within Singapore)

  • Available for orders confirmed before 3pm
  • Delivery between 6pm–10pm
  • Rate: $12.00


Self-Collection (In-Store)

  • Free collection at:
    1 Syed Alwi Rd #03-01, Singapore
  • You will be notified when your order is ready

 

 

 

3. International Shipping 

 

If you plan to ship internationally:


  • International perfume shipping may require special documentation
  • Deliveries may take 7–21 working days depending on country
  • Customs taxes, duties, or restrictions are the buyer’s responsibility

 

4. Delivery Issues

Once your order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the courier.

ZUBYR Parfums is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by the courier
  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Parcels lost after the courier marks them as “delivered”
  • Unclaimed or returned parcels due to customer absence

If your parcel is missing or delayed, we will do our best to assist but cannot guarantee compensation.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide your order number and clear photos/videos
  • Our team will review and arrange:
    • A replacement, or
    • A store credit


We cannot process claims submitted after 48 hours.

6. Packaging

All perfumes are packed using:

  • Impact-resistant boxes
  • Secure sealing to prevent leakage
  • Protective wrapping for glass bottles

Custom and premium collections are packaged with additional padding.

7. Changes to Shipping Information

If you need to update your address:

  • Updates must be made before your order is shipped
  • Once shipped, changes cannot be made
  • Re-delivery due to incorrect address will incur additional fees
