Refund policy


ZUBYR PARFUMS — RETURN & REFUND POLICY



At ZUBYR Parfums, we take great pride in the quality of our perfumes and personalised experiences. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.





1. Returns & Exchanges (Perfume Products)



Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, all perfume sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:


  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Perfumes with broken seals
  • Personalised or custom-blended fragrances
  • Items purchased on sale or during promotional events



However, if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We will review your case and offer one of the following, where applicable:


  • A replacement product
  • An exchange for another item of equal value
  • A store credit



Proof of purchase, photos, or videos may be required.





2. Refunds



Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:


  • You received the wrong product
  • Your item arrived damaged
  • Your order cannot be fulfilled due to stock issues



Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–7 working days, depending on your bank.


We do not provide refunds for:


  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Scent not matching taste after purchase
  • Custom or personalised fragrances
  • Workshops attended






3. Personalised Perfume Workshops



All workshop bookings are non-refundable.


If you need to reschedule:


  • You may reschedule once, with at least 24 hours’ notice
  • Failure to attend without notice will be considered a no-show, and the session will be forfeited with no refund



In the rare case ZUBYR Parfums must cancel or postpone a session, you will receive:


  • A full refund, or
  • A complimentary rescheduling slot






4. In-Store Purchases



All in-store purchases are final.

Please inspect your items before leaving the shop.

If there is an issue with your order, please report it to our staff immediately.





5. Online Orders (Singapore Only)



If your order is handled by a courier, please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.

ZUBYR Parfums is not responsible for:


  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses
  • Lost parcels after successful delivery
  • Delays caused by the courier
