A few things to know.
What is included each month?
Receive three 10ml fragrances selected around your questionnaire answers for S$39.90 per month. Standard delivery costs S$1.90 per month within Singapore or S$10 internationally. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. These are fragrance discoveries selected for you; individually composed personalised bottles are available through ScentMate.
Will I receive the same fragrance again?
Our perfumers use your preferences and check your previous selections to avoid repeating fragrances. If you find a favourite, explore its 100ml bottle in our fragrance collection.
How do monthly payments work?
Enter or select your card securely at Shopify checkout. The subscription renews monthly until you cancel. You can manage your subscription through My subscriptions in your customer account.
Do I need to answer every question?
The questionnaire has ten questions. The final open-ended question is optional, so you can add anything else you want our perfumers to know.
Is ZUBYR VIP membership included?
Yes. Your customer record is automatically marked as a ZUBYR VIP after your first paid Monthly Discovery order. Membership is included with your subscription.
